Bulgarian Bag BBM1654-17 17kg by BRUTEforce®
A former Bulgarian Olympic athlete Ivan Ivanov invented the Bulgarian Bag in 2005. His aim was to improve his wresting team’s explosive action and dynamic movements involved in pushing, twisting, swinging, pulling, bending, rotating, squatting, lunging, and throwing.
The inspiration for the design of the bag came from a tradition of Bulgarian sheepherders. The herders would carry and perform strength acts with sheep and goats at street fairs in his native Bulgaria. And so the Bulgarian bag was born.
The BRUTEforce® BBM1654-17 Bulgarian bag is a very effective exercise tool. It can be used as a free weight tool in dynamic movements and for increasing your own body weight to perform jumps, squats, push-ups, pull-ups and power crunches.
This is a great way to improve over-all strength and in particular core strength. Its unique shape enables it to be use for a large variety of lifts and movements.
