Exercise Bench ABK001 fully adjustable FID is constructed from 50mm x 50mm steel tube with “TUFF” black hammer tone finish. This is BRUTEforce® entry-level bench but still offers six back adjustment levels from decline to flat to incline to upright, plus 2 different seat adjustment levels. The generous width back rest and seat measure over 300mm wide, offering a comfortable and secure base for all your exercises. An exercise bench is one of the most important and versatile pieces of equipment. The exercise bench plus a set of dumbbells or barbell will allow you to exercise all body parts with a variety of movements.
