The XRX-J has been beefed up with the addition of two 8mm thick polyethylene pads to protect your bar when re-racking, three re-enforcement bracing plates and extra 5mm gauge steel plate. They are quick and easy to put on and off  your rack with the pop pin locking system. With the improved design of these J Hooks they are weight rated to 250kg. These are the ideal working partner for all our Racks and rigs developed for Cross Training and Power training.
