Our Renouf Fitness DB7400 adjustable hand weights are designed to fit comfortably in your hand and can be added to for extra weight if required. You can use them as a one kg weight or as a two kg weight, by easily screwing them together. Also ideal for using instead of a dumbbell for normal weight resistance exercises.

Each 1kg weight can be easily transformed into 2kg or 3kg.
