The RATED® Mighty Mini Resistance/Assistance Band is an incredible training tool for a surprising amount of applications.

Power exercises: The 30cm/12inch Mighty Mini band being shorter than our regular Power bands allows you to more simply get the exact correct tension. Setting up band for resistance lifting is now quick, easy and simple. Doubling up or knotting of your bands is a thing of the past, now simply loop one end over the bar, stand on the other end of the band and start training.

Also a great travelling partner, the Mighty Mini band will allow you to do deadlifts no matter where you are.  They are compact and light but offer you the same amount of resistance as an OLY bar and 120kg of weights plates or more depending on your band selection.

The RATED® Mini band is available in six different resistance levels (sizes) so there will be one to suit your strength level and particular exercise.
