NOW in STOCK. The BRUTEforce® SBB78245 Free Standing Boxing bag is durable and ready to use out of the box, just fit base. The free-standing bag provides great resistance for a boxing workout. You will definitely feel it! High quality impact foam lines the interior of the bag and the high-tension spring provides an extremely effective resistance core. At a total height of 175cm, this unit will satisfy most fight disciplines. The base can be filled with sand (80kg!) making it tough to knock over (do not fill with water). This punching bag is ideal for all of those that wish to practice in the comfort of their own home, not recommended or guaranteed in commercial application.

The full size tube is good for lower kicks and punches and is portable. I know you guys told me not to use only water in the base but I still think they should also say that in the instruction sheet in the box. No problems would recommend to every one.
