Our Guarantee

We will be here to help you get your functional trainer working as intended! Just as seen in our videos we want you to be able to work out as we have shown.
Please note you will need to read and agree tick our return policy at check out.

Our Return Policy

All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. Contact customer service to issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

  1. If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase. This applies when your order has left our warehouse, even if you have not received shipping information.
  2. Any product defect must be recorded within the first 15 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit or refund. Outside of the first 15 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product’s warranty.
  3. Return shipping charges are based on the actual amount quoted from the freight carrier and may be higher than the flat rate shipping fee you were charged at the time of purchase.
  4. Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready as you will be required to provide an order number and other information as proof of purchase.
  5. In order to receive a refund, all returned products must be in the original packaging on a pallet (if originally shipped on one) and be in new condition.
  6. Once it is received back at our warehouse the product will be inspected to see if it is in new condition and the original packaging, this will incur an inspection fee of up to 25% of the product value, If there are imperfections in the inspection the return may be voided or additional charges will be assessed.
  7. If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all actual shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions.
  8. If an order is cancelled after it has already been processed, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
  9. If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and storage costs incurred.

How to Return a Product

To return any merchandise, please email us Monday through Friday sales@renouffitness.com.au to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation number.
