SHIPPING POLICY
Please note we cannot combine or modify any orders once they have been placed.
Shipping will be calculated with a quote at check out unless the product has a set shipping price or free shipping promotion listed on the offer.
The functional trainers are in crates that can range from 200-400kgs, they will require a tail lift for delivery and a freight quote may be needed for your location. We do not profit off shipping quotes.
- We allow 2 days for the item to be prepared at our warehouse in the country you have purchased. Once picked, most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days. It may take up to 15 business days, depending on the time of year, weather, and geographic location.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment details, including the freight carrier’s name, contact information, and tracking number.
- Before delivering your order, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery. Please keep alert to any missed calls from an unknown number. Once scheduled we do not cover buyers non-attendance to pre-set delivery appointment, this is organised between you and the freight company and missed attempts on delivery may incur further costs.
- Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.
- Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends.
- It is your responsibility to get the product in your home. The freight driver cannot assemble or help you bring the product into your home or up any stairs.
- On deliveries over 150lb, items will be delivered curb side at the end of your driveway.
- Your shipment leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing.
- IMPORTANT: Take photos of your shipment before the courier leaves, even if no issues can be seen.
- Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of landing for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off limits our liability and the freight carrier.
- Shipping to remote locations can be arranged by contacting our customer service department at sales@renouffitness.com.au additional shipping charges will apply.
