SHIPPING POLICY

Please note we cannot combine or modify any orders once they have been placed.

Shipping will be calculated with a quote at check out unless the product has a set shipping price or free shipping promotion listed on the offer.
The functional trainers are in crates that can range from 200-400kgs, they will require a tail lift for delivery and a freight quote may be needed for your location. We do not profit off shipping quotes.

  1. We allow 2 days for the item to be prepared at our warehouse in the country you have purchased. Once picked, most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days. It may take up to 15 business days, depending on the time of year, weather, and geographic location.
  2. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment details, including the freight carrier’s name, contact information, and tracking number.
  3. Before delivering your order, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery. Please keep alert to any missed calls from an unknown number. Once scheduled we do not cover buyers non-attendance to pre-set delivery appointment, this is organised between you and the freight company and missed attempts on delivery may incur further costs.
  4. Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.
  5. Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends.
  6. It is your responsibility to get the product in your home. The freight driver cannot assemble or help you bring the product into your home or up any stairs.
  7. On deliveries over 150lb, items will be delivered curb side at the end of your driveway.
  8. Your shipment leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing.
  9. IMPORTANT: Take photos of your shipment before the courier leaves, even if no issues can be seen.
  10. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of landing for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off limits our liability and the freight carrier.
  11. Shipping to remote locations can be arranged by contacting our customer service department at sales@renouffitness.com.au additional shipping charges will apply.
  12. Please note you will need to read and agree tick our shipping policy at check out.
