STACKS & UPRIGHTS
THE WEIGHT STACKS
1 x 100kg stack and 1 x 40kg stack. You pick which side each stack goes. Make the 100kg side your primary for heavy movements such as lat pull downs and seated rows (achieve up to 220kg for this stack with the magnetic plate horns). The second stack 40kg weight comes into play with cable cross over and rear delt cable exercises, more than enough weight for both. Need more? Use the magnetic plate horn include to load a further 60kg of Olympic Plates.
