    They are absolutely right there is nothing like this machine. The amount of exercises you can do is amazing with the very quick adjustable handles on the converging smith machine. I seriuosly can not find a faulty with the Alfa the finish and quality is top shelf, maybe only down side is price but I think well worth the money.

    I can not think of anything I would change or improve on it is very well designed and made with high quality parts. The pulleys are very smooth and the attachment handles on the smith very easy to clip on and off. Videos on websites are often misleading to say the least both what they stated is actually very accurate, very refreshing
