The SPORTSPLUS® GB20 Pilates Ball is a high quality 1200g anti-burst ball ideal for a large variety of exercises. The two panel construction offers an anti-slip textured finish.

Being anti-burst means that in the unfortunate situation of it being pieced by something sharp, it will slowly deflate and will not burst. The GB20 comes with a hand pump.

The GB20 Pilates Ball is also known as an exercise, Swiss or fitness ball and being burst resistant you can really put it through a tough work out. You can use it for yoga, Pilates, strength training, stretching, toning, resistance, core strength and much more.
