The BRUTE adjustable Dumbbell set comes with a cradle and includes Quick-change weight adjustments with twist lock technology. They have an advanced design allowing you to quickly switch between weights to customise your workouts. They are compact and take up minimal space, making them ideal for home gyms boats or caravans. Designed for beginners, intermediates and advanced trainers.
Dumbbells are effective and the most essential piece of equipment for any home gym. With a pair of these adjustable dumbbells, you can perform a wide range of exercises to target all body parts. Both the 24kg and the 32kg Dumbbells are available in increments of 2kgs or 4kgs. The 2kg increments are ideal for the smaller body parts like side Delts and triceps.
You can choose from four different options,
- AD24-4: 24kg with 4kg increments, 2kg, 4kg, 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg.
- AD24-2: 24kg with 2kg increments, 2kg, 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg 24kg.
- AD32-4: 32kg with 4kg increments. 2kg, 4kg, 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg.
- AD32–2: 32kg with 2kg increments, 2kg, 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg 24kg, 26kg, 28kg, 30kg, 32kg.
Being adjustable and only taking up the space of one dumbbell but offering up to 16 different weight options, these are not only space saving but also very economical. The 16 equivalent sizes in traditional dumbbells will cost in excess of double the cost.
Each dumbbell plate is cast iron steel and has been designed to fit within the selector cradle. By simply twisting the chrome knurling handle you can select the desired weight which is displayed in the window.
Please Note: BRUTE adjustable dumbbells have been produced using quality materials, but they are not designed to be dropped from any height, doing so will void the warranty.

Smooth action to change from one weight to the other a lot more compact than the old types feel more like normal gym dumbbells.

Mark gave me the heads up about these 6 weeks ago. Just got them ten days ago and they are pretty good. Had different brands in the past which were average but didn’t last much longer than 3-6 months. These look and feel better with a nice knurling handle and good balance. The main down side of these are that you can not drop them or more importantly if you do there’s no warranty. But thats the same with all this type of adjustable dumbbells accept for the ones that cost over 1k. Being a PT mine get a lot of work, my best advice is to make sure you place them back in the cradle and not drop them.

I purchased the AD32-2 the more expensive out of the 4 types they have but glad I did. Having small weight options like every 2kgs is great when doing my small muscle, side delt raises, front raises and fore-arms. They are well made and none of them have jammed so far.
